Industrial UHF RFID Readers

Eleven JNXTECH UHF readers in three families: fixed readers that drive external antennas, integrated readers with the antenna built in, and desktop pads for counter work. This page is the JNR line for installed and industrial read zones; our USB desktop readers built on the genuine Zebra® RE40 RFID reader module live on a separate page.

Three families, one RF platform

Start from how the reader will be installed. Fixed readers drive external antennas; integrated readers carry their own; desktop pads sit on a counter. All eleven models run the 865-868 / 902-928 MHz bands and the EPCglobal Class 1 Gen 2 / ISO 18000-6C air protocol.

Which family fits

One question settles it: where does the antenna live?

External antennas - JNR-E fixed

Dock doors, conveyor checkpoints, production lines and any zone covered by separately mounted JNA antennas. Up to 900 tags/s, Wi-Fi or wired backhaul, ranges beyond 15 m.

Antenna built in - JNR-DG integrated

Entry points and checkposts where a separate antenna is in the way. 6, 8 or 10 dBi built-in options; PoE, Wi-Fi and Wiegand available.

On the counter - JNR-DSE desktop

Item-level check-in and verification. USB pads type tags into any application as keyboard input; high-speed variants add dense-reader mode, and a stand-alone 19 in. touch terminal covers unattended check-in.

How do I get help choosing the right model?

Send us the tag type, read zone and environment. JNXRFID shortlists the models that fit, explains the trade-offs, and supplies a single evaluation unit before volume orders. Contact us for current lead time and evaluation terms.

Not sure which family you need?

Send us the read zone, tag type and throughput target. We will shortlist two or three models and explain the trade-offs.
