These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at www.jnxrfid.com and any datasheets, buyer guides, software development kits, firmware, or other materials made available through it (together, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who We Are

The Site is operated by JNX Technology Co., Ltd. ("JNXRFID", "we", "us"), registered at 4th Floor, Anjier Building, Bagua 4th Rd., Futian District, Shenzhen, China. You can reach us at support@jnxrfid.com.

3. Business Use and Scope

This Site is an informational, business-to-business resource for resellers, system integrators, distributors, and professional buyers of AIDC hardware. It is not a consumer storefront and does not provide an online checkout. Product information, images, and specifications published here are for evaluation and reference and do not constitute a binding offer, quotation, or contract of sale.

4. Use of the Site

You may browse the Site, download materials we make available, and use our forms to contact us. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful material
• Scrape or harvest content or contact details at abusive volumes, or use automated means that place disproportionate load on the Site
• Republish, resell, or commercially redistribute substantial parts of our content without our written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or third-party contact details through our forms

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

5. Product Information and Specifications

We work to keep product information accurate, but specifications, configurations, and availability change. Images are illustrative and may show configurations or accessories that are optional. Where a specification is marked as pending, "TBD", or available "on request", it has not been confirmed, and you should not rely on it. The specification sheet issued with a quotation or order confirmation is the authoritative version for any given product.

6. Trademarks and Third-Party Names

JNXRFID and JNXTECH are marks of JNX Technology Co., Ltd.. Zebra® is a registered trademark of Zebra Technologies Corporation. Other product, company, and model names mentioned on this Site are the property of their respective owners. Third-party names and model numbers are referenced only to describe compatibility and the purpose our products are designed for. Such references do not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by the trademark owner.

7. Quotations, Orders, and Pricing

Any pricing, minimum order quantity, lead time, or commercial term is stated only in a written quotation or order confirmation issued by us, and applies only for the period stated in that document. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and we may correct pricing or availability errors before an order is confirmed.

8. Warranty and Support

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our hardware products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, covering parts and labour. Technical enquiries receive a first response within 24 hours on business days. Faulty units are handled through a defined RMA process. 9. Downloads and Software

Datasheets, buyer guides, SDKs, drivers, firmware, and utilities are provided to help you evaluate, integrate, and support our products. Software is provided under the terms accompanying it. You may use and distribute our product documentation to your own customers in the ordinary course of reselling our products, provided you do not alter it in a way that misrepresents the product. You may not reverse engineer software except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, layout, graphics, and code, are owned by us or used under licence and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may link to our pages and quote short excerpts for reference with attribution. Any other reproduction requires our prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may link to third-party websites and embed third-party media, such as product videos. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability in respect of products you purchase from us is governed by the applicable sales contract.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The courts of Shenzhen, China, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
