This method updates the Radio OEM config data of the reader. This is applicable for the MC Reader Type (Hand held reader) and not applicable for the Fixed Readers.

Parameters:

fileName - Specifies the file name with fully qualified path to update from

Throws:

InvalidUsageException

OperationFailureException - This exception is thrown when the parameter is invalid or not logged in
