Local Time

API support for Getting and Setting the local time of the Reader is provided only on FX series readers. The property LocalTime can be used for get or set the local time of the Reader.

try
{

    // Get Reader Local Time

    DateTime dateTime = rm.LocalTime;

    Console.WriteLine("Reader’local Time: " + dateTime);

    dateTime = DateTime.Now;

    // Set Reader Local Time

    rm.LocalTime = dateTime;

}

catch (OperationFailureException exception)

{

    Console.WriteLine("LocalTime failed " + exception.Message);

}
